Hawks C Al Horford Ejected From Game 3 Of Eastern Conference Finals

CLEVELAND (92.3 The Fan) – Hawks center Al Horford has been ejected from Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals between Atlanta and Cleveland.

Horford was tossed after getting tangled up with Cavaliers guard Matthew Dellavedova late in the second quarter. After the two hit the floor, Horford hit Dellavedova in the head area with his right elbow.

Following the play, officials reviewed the skirmish on replay and issued a technical foul to Dellavedova and ejected Horford from the game.

Atlanta led 49-48 at halftime. Dellavedova led the Cavs with 14 points at the half.

Horford’s 14 points in the first half paced the Hawks.
