On this summer evening at the Grill Royal, one of his Restaurants in Berlin-Mitte, s / he chooses for the two other people at the table simply with: First, there is Gazpacho, later, an artichoke, then a Tomahawk Steak with Bearnaise Sauce, a halibut, a salad, Ratatouille.
